Star Wars Sugar Skull Shirts with Cricut!
Star Wars Sugar Skull Tee with Cricut!
The best combination is Star Wars and Halloween. Make a great shirt for any day of the week with this fun Cricut Sugar Skull design. This shirt is absolutely gorgeous because I used vinyl in this shirt. They are thin, but different.

(Look for Star Wars images; find images of Darth Vader, Soldier, and Boba Fett with sugar skulls.)
Step 1. Cut out the image
Find this Star Wars sugar skull image in Cricut Design Space. Then place it on the canvas and measure. I increased the width to 11 inches for a mature man's shirt.
Place the iron on the vinyl mat, shiny side facing the adhesive surface. Click the "Create" button to mirror the image. Let the cricket machine cut the iron.
Step 2. Clean the vinyl
Remove the hot melt glue from the mat by peeling off the excess vinyl.
This is a very detailed painting that requires careful weeding. Using the Cricut BrightPad can be very useful for displaying yarn fragments.
Use a Cricut fork to remove surface gaps.
I love the sugar skull design in Star Wars.
Repeat the process for all images.
Step 3. Press iron
Now use EasyPress 2 to heat your clothes. Then place the iron on a warm garment, making sure it is well centered.
Then click the EasyPress button on the shirt.
The image size is quite large, so this process should be done in 2 steps. Set EasyPress to the recommended setting for the recommended time.
Then let the vinyl cool completely. Remove the transfer paper as soon as it is cool. This cold peel is almost always recommended.
That's it.
Now you can celebrate your love of Star Wars Halloween with this beautiful shirt.
Which of these shirts do you like the most? Darth Vader, Stormtrooper or Boba Fett?
The black iron has a leather look, which I really like. It's very nice.
I used sequins for the soldiers, it looks good.
I love using Cricut for handmade gifts. Two of these cute shirts were sent to your loved ones as wedding gifts. Imagine what my husband left behind?
