Make your own hot chocolate bombshell by adding aromatic hot cocoa powders like dark chocolate, caramel or vanilla, then adding all kinds of candies, mint, caramel, chili, cinnamon, or iris pieces. There are many options to get started.
Let's start with the light hot chocolate bombs.
Hot chocolate bomb ingredients.
hot chocolate powder
Praline melts
mini dried marshmallows (you can use mini dried marshmallows, but I like these mini dried marshmallows :)
Silicone molds (these are the ones I used, 8cm wide)
spray brush
Other mixes (optional)
gloves
electric kettle
Step 1. Gulls with a hot chocolate bomb
Begin by melting the chocolate according to package directions. Then put a spoon in each slot of the shape, spreading it evenly with a pastry brush.
Repeat the chocolate distribution process for each specialized shape.
Then flip it onto a baking tray lined with wax paper and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Step 2. Hot Chocolate Bomb Cases Part 2:
Peel the onions, grate and squeeze out, adding a second layer of chocolate to each onion.
This is possible because there are so many collisions that bombs explode until they are very powerful.
Then put it back in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove the bombs
Now that the chocolate is baked, remove the crust from the pan. Do not touch the chocolate with your fingers, or you will leave fingerprints. Put on gloves.
Now put the electric fryer in the lowest position. Wear gloves and place the chocolate dome in the pan for a few seconds to allow the rough edges to melt. Then put it back on the baking tray.
