Cindy Lowe got up while Greenwich stole Christmas. He gives her water and puts her to bed...etc. He appears at the end of the Who's party and sings around the town tree, but plays a very small role.

Last year was 2013. Her hair was long and easy to do a little differently. It was a fun tradition... I think my 17 year old daughter will let me do it again this year...

Small paper cup (this small drink is perfect for girls with short hair)

Step 1 – Place your hair in the middle
Start by teasing your hair midway up and down. She then brushes some hair aside and returns to the sweater.
Step 2: Split in half
Now divide the parted hair down the middle.
Step 3: Paper Cup
Then insert a paper cup between the parted hair. A small blow dryer is perfect for girls' hair...but if you have long hair, try a larger or longer blow dryer.
You can use Starofoam cones for a pointed tip. Once you master the basic techniques, you will have many other interesting options.
Step 4 – Hide the Cup
Then smooth the hair around the cup to completely hide the hair. If there isn't enough hair to cover the cup, curl your hair back slightly to add texture and volume.
Step 5: Expansion Time
Wrap the elastic around the cup.
Step 6: Decorate!
Now this is part of your happiness. Cut off the rest of the hair and the sweater, then cut off the bottom of the cup. Add twists, ribbons, bows, headbands, or any other fun and festive theme.
