Step 5. Turn the cup over.
Now we need a tea cup mixer to make the resin.
Glasses are so cheap և known that you will probably buy them. But if you want to do it with DIY, here is a temporary option.
I used a long vent through the hole in the cardboard box. Then push a piece of noodle towards the end of the spinner.
Step 6. Resin
Now mix the glossy resin according to the package instructions.
Mix well in two stages.
Now use a mixing stick to spread the resin on the glass ... at the turning station. Rotate slowly և continuously for the first 30 minutes.
The power plant would be great. If you have a strong station, let it rotate for 4 hours, then let it rotate for 4 hours. Then change the rotation and let it run 24 hours a day.
Use a pipette to remove bubbles that form after 30 minutes of rotating.
Then rotate the cup for 1/4 turn / minute for the next 30 minutes. Then do 1/4 turn every 2-3 minutes ... և Turn for 4-5 hours.
Again, getting an electrical adapter will save you all that extra time.
After 5 hours, carefully examine the resin և note how hard it is. If it still looks messy, keep stirring ... otherwise let it dry overnight.
Then leave overnight. Remove the feature tape the next day.
The tape will leave a clear layer that is suitable for drinking or keeping the resin away from the lips. Resin food is safe, so it's not a problem, it's just a convenience.
