Have you ever discovered the joy of Creek Joy ? I love my little but mighty machine...and it's perfect to use during this time of social distancing. This little device is perfect for beginners and experienced crafters. The best part is Mati for making cards, she's dynamite!
Let me show you how easy it is to create Cricut Joy and cut out handmade cards using a notepad.
Cricut sent me this machine as part of their blog kit. I am very excited and all my opinions are. Affiliate links included.
Cricut Joy measures 8 x 5 x 4 inches so it fits in a small room or stores away easily when not in use.
Here are 5 reasons why you should appreciate the review :

Cricut Joy offers a complete line of vehicle supplies. The cutting edge is smaller than the blade on the Maker or Explore Air 2, so it's not interchangeable. Vinyl is cut to size for joy. Joy mattresses are 4.5 inches wide and can be cut even without a mattress.
4 foot long vinyl pieces can be cut and repeated up to 20 feet. It's so much more than Cricut Maker or Explore Air 2.
All the advantages of iron-on over vinyl, off-white liners, vinyl and even printable vinyl for stickers and decals.
Let's start with the perfect first project: how to use a card making mat!
Step 1: Sign in!
Plug in the car. Activate Bluetooth on your phone or device. Download the Cricut Design Space app.
So easy! Don't worry, this vehicle is designed to be used!
Step 2: image!
Start by choosing your card in the Cricut Design Space. There are many free apps, some of which require additional purchases. I chose this two-seater card, I loved it. Follow the simple instructions on your phone or device.
Remove the plastic cover that sits on top of the card cover. Then insert the paper into the mat and stick it from top to bottom on the mat.
Insert the pen into the Cricut Joy and press Go.

Step 3 – Draw and Cut!
The device will then prompt you to replace the stylus with the cutter blade. Then click "Go" and the design will be cut.
Step 4: Drop the mat!
Once the cut is made, the machine will prompt you to remove the mat. Go ahead, take it off.
Then peel off the paper and discard any small pieces you have cut off.
Step 5 – Enter your message!
Then insert glitter or metallic foil onto the card for a stunning display! This is where the card really shines!

Even though I own Cricket Creator, I really see myself using Cricut Joy . It's very simple and doesn't require a lot of desk space, computer time, or bulky supplies. I can only tie it and cut it! It is ideal for both beginning crafters and more advanced crafters.
