Doll Review: Barbie Fashionistas Petite "Kitty Cute"
Greetings to all! Uni started a few days ago, which means I won't be able to enroll until June. I'll try to write at least once a month, but I can't say anything. Last semester was so awful - it was so difficult for me that I didn't have time for it, but I hope it will be different.
It's time to check out Barbie Fashionista #47 Kitty Cute from the 2017 fashionista doll series. This doll uses a non-new miniature body that was released about a year ago. I bought Daisy Pop from Amazon.es: So sporty but Daisy Pop had a wink - now it's back on Amazon.
This year's Fashionista box is no different than last year's. In the upper right corner we see the number of fashionistas and below it a cut out box with some dolls from this line. I saw pictures of this doll on the internet in a box that had the doll's number and name written under the word "Little" և "Fashionistas" in the upper right corner.
Behind the box we see other dolls in this row with the numbers below.
Unlike previous fashionistas, this board features 4 types of Barbie characters. Because this doll has a small body, the small icon is highlighted.
Fashionistas open boxes so easily that they quickly jump out of the box
Her fair skin, her brown eyes—like many red dolls, acne. I'm not sure of his face but I would say he uses Miles because his smile looks like my Barbie Made to Move. Maybe Black Kitty can shed some light when she reads it.
She wears a stiff plastic knit hat. I'm not a fan of super hats, those fancy plastic things that are attached to them.
She has long red hair that is quite messy down her back.
The hat didn't make me look good in her hair, so I took it off. She has beautiful two tone hair... too bad. I love her dark hair color.
She is wearing a denim vest over a white cat shirt. I didn't see his promotional photos well, I expected his vest and shirt to be the same but in reality it was different.
My luck didn't last long from the separate waistcoat, because her shirt և pink skirt is actually a dress.
For some unusual reason, he wore a pair of flats tied with an elastic. Since it's not the type of shoe that falls, I don't quite get it, but whatever.
Overall I'm happy with Kitty Cute . I chose her because I like red dolls like her because she has a beautiful face. I love how unique the masters of this fashion are, but sometimes a doll's beautiful design is ruined by poorly made clothes. However, their low price is definitely a good thing in this area.
While I love new fashionistas and their creations, I think Mattel can scale back their production a bit. I saw in My Froggy Stuff Toy Fair videos that 24 new fads appeared in 2017, that's a lot more. I think Mattel could just take out 12 fashionistas and do something more interesting with the other 12, like the Style Lux series with posable bodies, instead of leaving the toughest 24 fashionistas in the ultra-fashionable outfit of the season.
Now that she's part of my Barbie family, Kitty Sweetheart needs a name. The first person that came to me was Kim, but I don't think that's appropriate for her. You can give your opinion in the comment section below.
