Just 2 minutes away from this peanut butter bake with just 2 ingredients from the kitchen. My recipe is Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge, but you can be creative and see what it looks like.
Just 2 elements!
It's peanut butter (title of course) and it's frozen!
When I was little, my mom would occasionally make our peanut butter and sandwiches or cookies ... a sandwich in a Graham cracker. Have you ever eaten something like this? We may be poor, but it was the best dessert of all time! I like it.
These 2 components are long lasting, so the components are quite easy to store. Perfect for last minute snacks or party snacks.
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Fudge:
16 oz Peanut Butter (I choose Chunky / Crunchy any day of the week)
16 oz Frosting (I chose chocolate, but try cream cheese, vanilla or fanfat!)
8x8 mold with wax paper or parchment
Step 1: Cancel
Start by adding peanut butter and ice cream in a large bowl.
Step 2: Mix
Then mix the 2 ingredients together until smooth and marble free. The material should not be heated. They are mixed very easily and nicely from the bowl.
Step 3: Share
Now spread the mixture on an 8x8 board lined with waxed paper. It makes it easy to remove and trim ... and no cleaning is required
Step 4: Refrigerator
Now leave it in the fridge for a few hours. If you are in a hurry, refrigerate it for about 20 minutes.
Step 5: Cut
Finally, remove the waxed paper and fudge and use a large knife to cut the fudge into smaller pieces.
Ready to serve!
This fudge has cream, nuts and is absolutely delicious! It keeps well in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
