Ingredients needed for Valentine's Day Cup Cake Topper
Paper straws
Yarn oven
Cardboard punch (or cricket or scissors)
Glue gun
Rainbow paper, gold or metal
Step 1 For Cake Tops Cap:
Start by tying the twins about 4 inches between the straws.

Then cut the hot glue on the heart thread... and cut another heart with hot glue on the back of the heart.
Step 3 - Get creative with cake
Now make lots of cupcake tops with all your creativity! Make something out of straw...a different thick yarn...or spread it out to fit the whole cake.

In just a few minutes, I made dozens of cakes. They're easy to hit and wrap at parties!
