I served it at my birthday party ... and it probably ended. I also did something for a church festival and it was a success! No one would have thought it was that easy!

When I was little, my mom would occasionally make us sandwiches or peanut butter and iced biscuits ... sandwiches in cracked graham. Have you ever eaten something like that? Maybe we were poor, but it was the best cake ever! I am in love.

Ingredients for peanut butter fondant:
16 oz peanut butter (I choose fat / crunchy every day of the week)
16 oz jar (I prefer chocolate, but try cream cheese, vanilla or fat!)
8x8 casserole lined with wax paper or parchment
Step 1: Empty
Start by tossing the peanut butter and glaze in a large bowl.
Step 2: Mix
Then mix the 2 ingredients until you get a smooth, marbled dough. Ingredients should not be heated. Mix very lightly and nicely out of the pot.
Step 3: Expand
Now lay the mass in a baking pan lined with 8x8 wax paper. Makes collection and cutting easier ... even without cleaning.
Step 4: Cool
Put it in the fridge for a few more hours to harden a bit. If you are in a hurry, leave it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Step 5: Cut
Finally, take the wax paper and cut it into small pieces with a large knife.
Ready to serve!
This fudge is creamy, with large chunks of peanuts and very tasty! Store well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
