Begin by drawing the basic shape of the horn on 2-inch foam. The size of the horn depends on the size of the person carrying it.
Start with the paper and grab the baby's head and cut it out as needed. Once you have the required amount, cut the foam off with a hot cutter.
Start with a simple block.
Then start drawing the sides with circular horns.
Repeat the process for the second century, just do the opposite.
After taping, use a smooth finish and paint the horns in a thin layer with your fingers.
Leave it to dry completely.
Then sprinkle black and then brown. Do this on a piece of cardboard.
Then cut a 2" x 6" brown scarf, fold it over the dress 1/4 and put it in a warm place.
Then put a warm feel on the horns, but half of the feel hangs over the horns.
So cut the feelings into tabs and put them in your head. (Note: Do not use plastic tape, it will melt and turn into tape)
Put a bandage on your head and mark the location of the horns. Then remove the headband and tighten the horns.
It's a headband! The most famous and popular part of Malafis is over!
Let's make these wings look great!
You need adult wings
2 foam stickers8 delicious coffee bubbles
400 brown feathers
Polyplastic
Moving
glue gun
Hot Knife / Wood Stove With X-Acto Razor
Use a pencil and draw the basic design of the wings. It's very harsh. Then use a hot knife and cut the foam. You have to use a hot knife, but the x-acto won't cut the foam very well and will be dangerous.
Then turn your hand and follow it to the rest of the board section, repeating the cutting process.
Glue the styrofoam core to two pieces of funky brown styrofoam with hot glue...then cut off the excess styrofoam with scissors. I put a little foam on it and heated it up on a foam board on top. So I can pop my bubbles. Then turn around and repeat.
Leave about 4 inches of white, horn-like spikes at the top of the wings.
Then glue 100 feathers to each of the four sections. I knew there wouldn't be enough feathers to fill in the area, so I would occasionally stack them in groups.
Wait as long as possible...some of it was way too long!
Then put them in small groups on the wings.
Top with slightly thickened horns.
Then use a molded polystyrene plastic.
I love this stuff - I use it a lot! Heat the water in a glass pot for a few minutes until it boils. Then remove the granules. Become transparent, mixed and shaped!
Then remove the plastic with a putty knife. Plastic can be hot, but not as hot as water...so be careful. Then shape the plastic around the board to create these big, beautiful horn tips! Leave it to dry completely.
Then drill holes in the wings and fasten them with a black rubber band.
Tie them tightly like a corset.
Then add some elastic loops from the top slots on both sides and leave enough room to fit your arms comfortably.
Buy a simple green or natural dress to complete the look. This is our method, but it still works. We found a big brown scarf at the grocery store, we cut a V and put it on her head. Tie it with a belt and decorate it with natural necklaces.
Add a wooden bead bracelet and necklace...maybe a fanny pack and that's it! This young Maleficent dress is perfect! The shadows are amazing too!
The wings are only shown to give a sense of proportion.
Add some bright red lipstick to complete the look!
