What I got for Christmas
Greetings again! I did not expect to write another post soon, but I finished a few days ahead of time, so here I am. As of today, I have officially graduated from college. I hope this time it's forever, there are no scams like last year, I find out I have to go back to college. I'm a little tired, but I'll want to take advantage of the fact that I'm still in "work mode" to write a quick note of all the goodies I got for Christmas.
As I said in my previous post, we do not receive many Christmas presents, just one or two small presents. We do not open most of our gifts until's Three Kings / Magic Night, which is January 5th. This year I did not ask for anything from the doll, because nothing bothered me much, արդեն I already have 3 BMR 1959 dolls, which interested me the most. But apparently the stars equalized, and the monster god revealed that the Barbie Star Wars Princess Leia doll was for sale. He asked me if I liked it, I said he was sure, but I never thought about getting it because it is so expensive. He gave me a long-awaited Christmas present և I could not be happier.
Star Wars dolls sell for $ 100 on Mattel's website. Here they are sold for 180 euros or 220 dollars, more than double. Of course, he was not ready to pay that much. For Barbie, this award is absolutely ridiculous, even if she is a collector. If I could pay that much for a doll, I would try to get one from Integrity Toys. Fortunately, Mr. Monster saw that it sold for $ 80 on Amazon, he և had a € 5 coupon, so he got it for only € 75. When I tell you that it is for sale, I mean it is a theft considering its original price.
The doll is very beautiful, but I still do not think it costs 180 euros. I'm not going to evict him yet, it will appear in his living room inbox, where we have other Star Wars characters.
I have nothing to dance for the night of the 3 kings. What I got were handicrafts that would eventually be used to create a backdrop for my pop photos. First, I got this collection of 16 colors from Americana Acrylics . Seems like a good pool to build your craft pool if you do not have a lot of resources. The only color I already have in this collection is True Blue , but I've used it a lot, I've gotten a lot, so it's good.
Other colors in this collection are: Snow White, Tan Butter , Royal Barrel, Cherry Red, Royal Red, Bright Orange , Bright Yellow , Holiday Green, Forest Green, Turquoise (I'm so excited to try it), Peacock Tea, Purple Dioxin , dark chocolate , gray և lamp և.
To keep transportation costs affordable, Mr. Monster got me these two colors: Sea Glass և Sea Breeze . I already have the Sea Breeze , but it is running out, և the store where I first bought it from և no longer bears this color. It was not interrupted, but apparently they decided to replace it with something else.
Mr. Monster found all the acrylic fabrics in an online store called Mia Mandarina . This is a small Spanish company run by a beautiful girl. Despite higher shipping costs than other large companies, Monster said the overall shopping experience was excellent. So if I ever need to buy more craft items online, I'll look at Mia Mandarina first.
It has nothing to do with dolls or crafts, but the greatest gift I received was an air blower, which Mr. Monster և wanted to try for a while. It happened at the right time, as I was just starting a culinary blog called Cooking with MC . I am already working on my first recipe, which will be published soon. My goal is to share some of my favorite dishes that will include some traditional Spanish dishes that may not be so popular internationally. That's all I need to share today. I will try to return by the end of the month selling crafts, but the temperature here is too low at the moment, I can not get enough air in my craft room. Well, look what I can do.
