Back to the mermaid costume!

Combine it with mermaid pants or a shiny mermaid skirt ! (both available on Amazon Prime for 2 days!)

Which one do you like the most? Low or leggings?
I think you need both!

I wore leggings to the family party and the skirt ensemble would take me to church, again any occasion to dress up!

Here's a short video of the process, and it's actually pretty quick! It takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish!

Tools for a last minute mermaid costume:

shirt or sweater

Accessories:
coral or shell necklace

Right click to save the shell image:

Step 1: Cut the plate

Start by downloading the shell png above in Cricut Design Space or search for the shell pattern.

Then measure them to fit the shirt you want. I made my 4 inches wide after a quick chest measurement.

Lay the iron-on vinyl on a sturdy mat with the handles down with a bright colored side. Then cut 2 seashells.

Step 2: Throw away the iron

Remove the mat sheet and cut around the cover. Then use the Cricut Blow Tool to remove excess iron.

Step 3: Iron the shells

Now mark where you want to place the shell with a piece of chalk and a piece of chalk or a pin. They don't have to be too high or too low for obvious reasons!

Then take off your t-shirt and place it on the EasyPress mat. Place over iron sinks and iron for 30 seconds at 330*.

Let the griddle cool completely before removing the plastic wrap. Then gently wash and make sure ironing is safe. If not, click again.

East!

Wash the shirt in the dryer for a few minutes to remove iron wrinkles and it will be ready to wear.

It is so difficult to photograph the shiny effect of holographic iron. It shines and changes color in different lights. It also shows a lot of shine! It draws attention to the chest in a fun and playful way...yet humble!

So all you want to enter! Add a flower or a crown to your hair...add a beautiful necklace...or a shell!
This costume can be adapted to any age and gender! Perhaps a mermaid or a child? Blanket man perhaps? Aquaman?

I really like how it turned out, and I'm happy to wear it all year long!

I hope you enjoyed this easy last minute Halloween costume idea!
