Kiss Me at Midnight Glitter Shirt DIY!

This "Kiss Me at Midnight" shirt is the perfect shirt for New Year's Eve. Be very careful when you wear it... և maybe a line.

Turn this pretty shirt into either a lovely body suit or a puffy baby shirt... the perfect item for lots of kisses. Not sure if this is the best choice for my teenage daughter haha!

I came across a couple of skinny shirts that were selling for 50 cents each.

I have 10 why not? :) They are great for crafts, last minute gifts. Shirts are one of my favorite craft materials. They are very fast: they are fun.

As this is an updated post, the photos are old... but I'm adding more tips because I'm better at making shirts.

Start creating text in Design Space. Flip the image and then cut it out using Cricut Maker or Explore Air 2.

Then remove the excess vinyl with a fork. (Yes, I used my old auto silhouette tools but switched to Cricut)

Don't worry: I removed the remaining "G" before ironing. Place the shirt on the EasyPress mat և Warm up with EasyPress 2.

Then press the iron onto the shirt's vinyl if necessary. I went a little angle for some visual detail.

If you're using an iron, cover it with a tea towel or a layer of beads. If you 're using Cricut EasyPress 2 , just click the backing, there's no extra layer, no problem.

Then iron on medium/high speed for a few minutes...then remove the towel and iron directly onto the plastic for a few minutes. Be careful not to melt the plastic.

Well yes, you can use a regular iron to straighten the iron. BUT !!!

Irons heat up unevenly, so this isn't the best choice. I wasted and ironed so many shirts. The iron is already removed when you go to the washing machine.

You need money to get it right the first time. Get Cricut EasyPress 2 - get your rugs and shirts right. Recommended Ironing Times և Use this chart for temperature.

Then press the other half of the shirt up to half the suggested time.

Allow the iron to cool completely, then remove the plastic base layer. It is better to turn around than to lift straight up like in this picture.

It will be in a DARLING baby shirt or a very soft baby shirt. Perfect for a Christmas party. Celebrate the New Year with a bunch of kisses.

It was funny because I hadn't heard a kiss in the middle of the night before my wedding. Anyway, at least I didn't go down without explaining myself first. Yes / Yes.
