Kiss me in the middle of the night and do it yourself: a shiny shirt!

This midnight shirt is the perfect New Year's Eve shirt! Expect a lot of attention when you wear this... and maybe a line!

Or turn this cute shirt into a cute blouse or baby shirt... perfect for lots of kisses. Not sure if this is the best choice for my teenager haha!

** This is an updated post from 2015 and deserves more attention! **

Coincidentally, I found some thin women's T-shirts that were selling for 50 cents each!

I bought 10 pieces, why not?! :) Perfect for crafts and graduation gifts! Shirts are one of my favorite handmade items. They are so fast and fun!

This is an updated post and the photos are old... but now that I'm better at sewing shirts, I'll add more tips.

Necessary materials:

T-shirt
Weed control tools

Start developing text in design space. Flip the image and then cut it out with Cricut Maker or Explore Air 2.

Then remove excess vinyl for each item. (Yes, I used my old Silhouette machine and tool, but switched to Cricket.)

not against! Before I start ironing, I remove the remaining letter "G"! Place the shirt on the EasyPress mat and heat with the EasyPress 2.

Then place the metal on the vinyl in the correct position on the shirt. I went a little further for some visual details.

If you are using metal, cover it with a kitchen towel or protective paper. If you are using the Cricut EasyPress 2, just print the contractor's sheet without the extra layer, no problem.

Then iron on high speed for a few minutes...then remove the towel and iron directly on the plastic for a few minutes. Be careful not to melt the plastic!
Okay, yes, you can use standard stainless steel to soften the metal. But !!!

Metals heat up properly, so this is not the best option. I tore some shirts and made them out of metal. Hike to the washing machine and already dismantled iron.

It costs money to get it right the first time. Cricut EasyPress 2 , grab a mat and pack your shirts. Use this table for recommended metal times and temperatures.

Then iron the other half of the shirt in half.

Let the metal cool completely, then remove the plastic wrap. Better a poor horse than no horse!

On a scooter or on a soft children's shirt, it will be LITTLE! Perfect for New Year's Eve! Celebrate the New Year with lots of kisses!

It's funny because I can't kiss at midnight until I'm married. It's good that I got married and no longer need to kiss. Haha.
