Birthday Story Time:
When I was 34, I had a big birthday party with all my friends. I planned to go to work with my husband and record, clean up and destroy all the evidence before returning home. I left the sweet pork and made Café Rio, a dish my husband doesn’t like.
Well, at the last minute, my husband was on vacation! What ever happened. How it came about. I hung up on him and had to tell him that I was planning a big birthday party with a menu that included dishes he didn’t like.
It was a wonderful sport and I spent the weekend with a large group of ladies at my birthday dinner. She is sweet and romantic and sings several guitar songs for the band, including The Wedding Singer’s “I Want To Grow With You”.
