I have never had a surprise birthday, but when I was 19 I had a surprise birthday.
My best friends broke into my room (with my family beforehand), decorated it with posters, balloons, sweets, shredded sheets, and hung my bras on balloons hanging from the ceiling. LOL.
It was a funny surprise.
