Last weekend was my birthday and my birthday week! I had a great time organizing a series of 5 gifts! I enjoyed reading the comments and birthday stories of you all. I laughed at some of the stories and also felt the excitement of birthdays through their experiences.
Everything from party surprises that go smoothly, limousine rides in the city and all your favorite gifts, mostly homemade. I like all the comments, thanks!
I returned the gifts and emailed the winners ... If I did not get a reply from them, I would draw another one. Hope you are one of the winners!
I love partying, and let's go straight to the Valentine's Day party!

All that is needed are some simple devices to make these wild and whimsical cupcake toppers.
Turn a simple homemade cupcake or cupcake that is easily in stock into something a little more special for Valentine's Day with these fun paper straw cupcakes.
I love crafts, but it is also very simple and not very expensive. Party guests can make these cupcake toppers, which will be a super fun school item for a Valentine's Day party ... or even suitable for a birthday party.
Well, let's start this Valentine's Day!
Materials needed to make a cupcake for Valentine's Day:
paper straw
bread threads
Paper dies for the heart (or cricket, or scissors)
glue gun
rainbow, gold or metal paper
Step 1 For cupcake toppers:
Begin by threading two cuts about 4 inches between two straws.
Step 2 For the cupcake toppers:
Next, hot-glue the cut-out heart to the wire ... also glue another cut-out heart to the back of the heart.
Step 3 - Get creative with the cupcake filling
Now make a bunch of cupcake toppers with all the creativity you have! Make it from just one straw ... make it with rope of different thicknesses ... or make it longer for a whole cake.
This three-hearted cake topper is designed for a large cake. I love the rainbow paper glistening in the light!
I made a dozen cupcake toppers in a matter of minutes. It's easy to make and will be great for the party!
Step 4 - Attach the cupcake top to the cake
Insert the paper straws slightly diagonally into the cupcake so that the hearts hang completely over the icing.
Then repeat the cupcake decoration with paper straw cupcakes.
This simple trick takes a very humble dessert like these homemade cupcakes, and supports it for the perfect Valentine’s Day party!

Extra decorations!
Add sparkling jewelry, stickers or other fun decorations to the cake maker to give extra sparkle.
I like to have simple parties with just enough decorations to keep everyone excited, but without breaking the budget! Just add balloons, writing board and cute cake!
