I've never had a surprise birthday party, but when I turned 19, I had a surprise on my birthday.
My best friends came into my room (planned with my family), decorated it with posters, balloons, confetti, broken sheets on the floor and my clips tied around balloons hanging from the ceiling. lol.
It was a fun surprise.
