Doll review: Monster Exchange Marisol Coxi
Hello demons and monsters!
Today I try to watch Marcel Coxine, the daughter of Maricox (similar to Big Foot) to Monster High as a monster. She introduced Lore and McNance as part of the Monster Exchange series of puppets (you can read our Lorena review here ). She appears to be Abby Bomnbill's niece, but they have nothing in common with her appearance or identity.
The Marisol box looks like Lorna.
If the plastic on the box is removed, you can take a closer look at the Marisol.
After a few minutes of cutting the plastic, this is Marisol:
The first thing that surprised me when I was boxing was that her hair was very messy, but we would talk later. First, I want to focus on how colorful this doll is.
Marisol has purple-gray skin with patterned hair on both wrists and ankles. She has a beautiful face with beautiful eyebrows and a very beautiful makeup.
Her hair is usually a combination of two shades of pink, with two light green (or whatever) strands in front of her hair. Unfortunately, her hair is very oily and messy, which seems to be very common in the Monster High series.
Marisol does not wear earrings, it annoys me. Instead, she wears plastic pumps attached to her pigs. There seems to be a certain amount of plastic in each doll.
She also wears this lime green plastic hat, which I do not like, attached to the most visible pieces of plastic on her hair.
Both arms and legs are large. At first I thought they were the same as Abby or Kasta but they are bigger. Here is a comparison of Castar Fisher's hand, you can also take a closer look at the carved hair on his wrist.
The lower legs and feet are much larger than other dolls that use carved legs. I compared Marisol to Nefer to see the difference
And again, these would mean that you have to spend for these processes. Although Marisol shoes look great.
She has bigger legs and bigger legs than a doll that uses her older sister's body shape. To see the difference, here is Marisol with Casta.
I also like her colorful dress. Wear a pink dress and a black and lemon green skirt in this beautiful floral print. She is wearing an orange jacket with this beautiful pattern.
It also has two-dimensional pat prints along with this lime green bag.
Because of its size and color palette, Marisol is in stark contrast to the other characters in this series, The Lore and McKenzie.
Overall, I think Marcel is a great addition to my Monster High collection and would love to see both Monster Exchange characters soon. However, I was a little surprised that the quality of Monster High dolls was declining day by day and that all the dolls I had recently posted had something to do with her hair.
What do you think of Marcel? Added to your collection?
