This week I filled my days with crafts. Instead of rushing to the store, I use supplies at home. These Easter egg items made of paper flowers are easy to make and you probably have everything you need to make them!
Cricut sent me Cricut Joy as part of a team of bloggers. All my thoughts and ideas. Affiliate links are included in the article.
You may have seen this project in my Insta stories last week.
Cricut Joy is thrilling ! I like the small and convenient size, easy storage and savings. This fun project uses tools I keep at home, and the setup takes just minutes!
Materials needed to fold paper flowers into Easter eggs:
- Crete joy
- Colored paper (use old folders, unnecessary letters or even magazine pages ... or you can paint plain white paper with markers)
- hot glue gun
- Easter eggs (these are homemade eggs, but plastic or hard-boiled eggs are also suitable)
Look in Cricut Design Space for the words “twisted flower” and “leaf” to find the images I use.
Connect Cricut Joy to your device using the app and Bluetooth. Resize the images for the Cricut Joy game mat and tap the device to crop.
Then fold the flowers, starting from the outer edge, and glue them hot in the center.
Continue to bend the spiral.
Next, apply hot glue to the center circle and press the rolled flower in the center.
Repeat the procedure for the other colors.
Then cut a few green leaves.
Use a hot glue gun to stick the flowers to the craft egg. Add the leaves here and there in random order.
Write their names and use them as Easter knives ... or draw eyelashes for a dream ... or just decorate your wardrobe for Easter and spring!
These are beautiful eggs made all over the house and take a few minutes!
Cricut Joy - exciting!
That's all!
