Cricut Joy: Rolled Paper Flowers on Easter Eggs
Cricut Joy: Easter Egg Wrapped Paper Flowers
Have you used Cricut Joy before? It's small and easy to use, but packs a punch. Read this post on how to get started with Cricut Joy.
This week I filled my days with embroidery. Instead of going to the store, I use the products I have at home. This twisted paper flower Easter egg craft is easy to make and you probably have everything you need to make it!
Cricut sent me Cricut Joy as part of their blogging team. All opinions and ideas with affiliate links are included in the post.
Also, you may have seen this project on their Instagram Stories last week.
Amazing Air Cricket ! I like the compact size, convenience, ease of storage, and low budget. This fun project uses materials you have around the house and only takes a few minutes!
Materials Needed for Easter Egg Wrapped Paper Flowers:
- plane cricket
- colored paper (use old notebook pages, junk mail, even magazine pages... or you can color plain white paper with markers)
- glue gun
- Easter eggs (these are real eggs, but plastic or hard-boiled eggs are fine too)
Search Cricut Design Space for "intertwined flowers" and "leaves" to find the images I used.
Connect Cricut Joy to your device via the app and Bluetooth. Zoom in on the Cricut Joy playmat and click on your device to cut it out.
Then fold the flowers, starting at the outer edge, and hot glue the center.
Continue to tighten the screw.
Then add hot glue to the center circle and press the folded flower into the center.
Repeat the process with other colors.
Then cut some green leaves.
Using a hot glue gun, glue the flowers to the top of the eggs. Add random leaves here and there.
Write their names and decorate Easter places with them...or paint your eyelashes for a dreamy look...or just decorate your mantelpiece for Easter and spring!
These are super fancy eggs that are made with homemade items in minutes!
Amazing air cricket !

Enjoy and share!
