Here's how to draw

Start by clicking "Your" tool in the left sidebar, select the circle and draw a large circle. Size up to 5-6 inches.

Then use the "curved text" feature - circle text. After "Ar", add a few spaces to create space at the bottom.

And I added a small asterisk * to indicate the beginning and end of the sentence. Then measure it around the logo you created.

Choose "Logo", "Text", "Weld" together.

Then resize to the appropriate size. I chose the 9 inch jogging shirt.
