Step 1 – Cut the Paper into 8 Inch Squares
Start by cutting the paper into 8-inch squares. Then mark a half point (4″) on each of the four sides.Step 2 – Mark the Lines
Then use a ruler to line up the 2 symbols on the diagonal. Then use the aim tool to mark the cards. Repeat this process on the other side.
Then fold the sheet over the marked line.
Step 3: Mark the Other 2 Edges
Now mark the folded edge of the paper about half an inch from the corner.
Repeat for the other side and mark from point to point.
Repeat for the opposite side of the envelope. Then fold the lid up and down along the counting line.
The envelope is practically complete! This technique works for all envelope sizes, but this is my favorite size. Very useful for preparing my own envelopes!
Now use Tombow Plus MONO Permanent Adhesive and apply a small amount of glue to the bottom edges of the two side covers.
