Isn't it a happy and cheerful sign for this bar with those brightly colored flowers? Several accessories make it the perfect spring decor for a robe, bookshelf, or hallway. Let me show you how to make a flower arrangement to add color to a vinyl wood table for the perfect home decor.
It's very simple, "Then" options are unlimited when adding greetings. Let's make this beautiful sign in less than an hour.

I love the vibrant and colorful spring flowers, especially in the dark winter months. You can choose your favorite color.
Step 1. Paint the base
White antique wood paint.
I like a bit of light white paint, it gives a toned, not "primary" look. Apply a light coat of paint all over the wood base and let it dry. Then apply another layer of color to the base.
A coat of paint can dry out when making a wreath, cut your vinyl. Use this time well.
Step 2. How to make a wreath
Let's start with the yellow border flowers.
Start by cutting a 2" x 8" layer of yellow fabric.
Then fold it in half with hot glue to get a long tube. Then cut every 1/4 inch about 1/4 inch from the glued edge.
Continue cutting the entire length of the pipe until the entire pipe spring is restrained.
Then, using hot glue, wrap the felt into small yellow poufs. It is excellent as a single flower or as the centerpiece of a flower.
I use it as a stand alone flower.
Step 3. How to make sparks
Now let's make big petals
For the next flower, cut 6 tissue rings and gently wrap them around a tissue ball to make the perfect flower. The petals overlap slightly to give a natural look.

Cut a circle about 4 inches from the scarf. Then, starting at the outer edge, cut a spiral in the center of the circle.
Then unroll it, starting on the outside and increasing the heat as you go. Extend the length of the spiral, then carefully climb onto the fabric frame to hold it in place.
Step 5. How to Prepare the Master
Pin some flower wire about 4 inches long to make the flower bounce a little bigger. Hot glue the main green egg to each edge and press it around the wire in the middle.
Don't worry if hot glue appears, it looks like morning dew.
Fold the yarn in half and make a few loops.
Step 6. Cut the vinyl formation
Don't make flower arrangements to put vinyl on wood planks. Use a Cricut Maker or other cutting machine to cut your metal vinyl greetings.
Glue the greetings to the top of the wooden board. My bar is simple!
Remove the transfer paper and it is now ready to stick the flowers on it.
Step 7. Arrange Vettel flowers
Arrange luxurious sensational flowers as desired. Add some feathers. Glue the warm strand under the flower so that the host rises slightly.
When you have aligned them the way you want them, hot glue each piece in place.
