Doll review: Monster Exchange Marisol Coxi
Hello ghosts and monsters!
Today, I'm going to be watching Marisol Cox, the daughter of Marico Cox (Big Legs) who joined Monster High through the Monster Exchange program. She was introduced to Lorna McNesy as part of the Monster Exchange doll line (you can read our Lorna review here ). He may be Abe Bominable's cousin, but they have nothing in common between their looks or their personalities.
Marisol's box is exactly like Lorna: clearly in the front and bottom left is the illustration of the character and on the back is the large illustration of that character's face.
By removing the plastic from the box, you can see Marisol more closely.
A few minutes after cutting the plastic, here is Marisol:
The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the messy hair, but more on that later. First of all I want to focus on the color of this doll
Marisol has purple-gray skin with curly hair on her wrists and ankles. She has a beautiful face with eyebrows and multicolored makeup.
Her hair is mainly a combination of two shades of pink and the front of her hair has two lime green braids (as they are called). Unfortunately, her hair is very greasy and messy which is very common in the Monster High doll line.
Don't wear Marisol earrings, which bothers me. Instead, she keeps plastic pumps in her braids. Of course, there is a limited amount of extra plastic you can get with each doll.
She also wore a lemon green plastic cap, which I don't really like, which sticks to her hair in a very hot piece of plastic.
His arms and legs are very large. At first I thought it was shaped like a monastery or plaster, but it turned out to be bigger. Here is a comparison with Casta Fears' hands, where you can take a closer look at the hair imprints on her wrists.
Also, the lower legs and feet are larger than other dolls that use legs fused from the older sister's body. I compared Marisol with Nephera, so you can see the difference
And again, that would mean you have to spend on these processes. Although Marisol shoes look very good.
And because of her long legs and big legs, she was taller than the doll that used her older sister's body imprints. It's Marisol next to Castor, so you can see the difference:
I also like the colorful dress. She wore a dress with a pink blouse and this black and green striped skirt with a beautiful floral pattern. Wear an orange cut jacket with this lovely little leg pattern.
He was holding this green wallet with two chalk stamped traces in his hand
Due to her size and colors, Marisol is in stark contrast to the other characters featured in this line: Lorna Mackenzie.
I generally think Marisol is a great addition to my Monster High collection and I'm looking forward to seeing two more Monster Exchange characters in the near future. However, I was a little angry about the way Monster High dolls were shrinking every day and that something was happening to every doll hair I had just opened.
What do you think of Marisol? Have you added it to your collection?
