90s shirt with fridge paper + fabric paint!

Did you grow up in the 90s? If so, do you know the "S", right? I remember sitting outside during breaks and drawing them on paper over and over again... I had to bring a notebook and pen.

I love that S, especially now that my last name starts with an S! This shirt is the perfect conversation piece for everyone in the know, let's do it now!

You can find frozen paper next to wax paper at the grocery store. It has a glossy wax coated finish so when pressed it will cling to the fabric and form the perfect shape.

Place the freezing plate on the carpet and touch the light side of the carpet. Then cut it out, there's freezer prep paper, so it's easy!

Then delete the S outline and place it on the shirt where you want it. Press fridge paper with EasyPress 2.

Then pull on the inside of the S and leave the edge of the small gap and push it into the space.

It's ready to draw just by pressing on it.

I chose black fabric color, plaid fabric creations are awesome! It dries smooth and supple instead of being stiff and cracked.

Paint the shirt black with a stencil brush.

The fabric color on the shirt gives an almost roomy finish, so I don't over-apply the color. I love the tired look.

Once the color is applied, carefully remove the paper from the freezer.

Then let it dry completely.

Finish painting by crafting a bottle of cloth on the heat setting.
