How to use Cricut Infusible Ink Transfers on Tote Bag DIY
How to Use Cricut Infusible Ink Transfer in a DIY Bag
Hey Doodlecrafters, Cricut just released their latest product , Infusible Ink .
This is a new type of iron, seamless, smooth and the only part of the base it is printed on. This cute tropical bag can be made in less than an hour and looks great! Selling I love it!
Non-melting ink works in 2 parts: the translation itself and the base (top, t-shirt, stand, etc.) They cannot be used in ordinary shirts or bags in the closet.
Infusible Inc. was released on June 21st at the Michaels store and I was on the front row of my local Michaels store. I made the Insta-Live you saw! After carefully analyzing each article, I found a model to my liking.
I bought these 2 non-sponsored products to test. The body is 14X14 and the tropical pattern is hidden ink . I love bright colors and of course hibiscus flowers!

Infusible Ink Tips:
- Take your time, make sure you have enough time for the project
- Make sure your hands are dry (not wet with sweat)
- Touch the transfer paper as little as possible
- Be sure to display an image
- The ink glows permanently after printing, so don't panic if it fades.
- Just create an EasyPress sized image (double printing doesn't work)
- All instructions can be found at: http://infusibleink.com/
I created this beautiful picture on my iPad Pro with my own handwriting. The sun! Right click to save, please, for personal use only. You can thank me for sharing this post! 3
Start by opening the package... Inside Infusible Inc. translations are sealed in a plastic bag. He carries paper as well as flesh and instructions.
Carefully place the ink transfer paper upside down on the design mat. Smooth the paper with a brush... touch it as much as possible with your fingers.
Then place the rug on the cricket machine and cut out the mirror image.
Then gently remove the ink continuously from the mat and weed out the image . It peels off like a paper sticker.
I had a few rough spots... when the ink is removed, the paper will close later.
Weeding isn't as easy as wiping vinyl with an iron...but easier than glossy cardboard! If you have an EasyPress 2, set the temperature to 385* Fahrenheit and set the timer to 40 seconds.
Put the Easypress mat in a suitcase (size 9X9) and mine will also fit on my large Easypress mat.
Place the film on the shell and press the EasyPress 2 for only 15 seconds to heat the shell.
Then, remove the thick paper and place the ink cartridge mouth on the body. This should make the image readable.
Then glue the picture with thick paper.
Press EasyPress 2 with light pressure for 40 seconds.
Pull out the EasyPress 2 slowly, then carefully remove the paper. Then lift the transfer paper back slightly.
With proper coating, it will withstand many adverse conditions.
