How to make a multilayer flower cloth from resin

Create multi-layered paintings with low colors, textures and sequins. This picture is a multilayered layer of thick cream paint և 2 coats of glossy Envirotex light resin. This image has a very attractive texture, brightness, depth finish.

First, is it surprising that the bottom has been painted with boiling water? The most important question you need to ask yourself is: What color will be your background?

Step 1. Sail layer

Start painting the entire canvas with a brush. I made a similar picture on canvas three years ago. Then let the back dry completely.

Step 2. Second flower layer

Then draw some large, thick flowers on the cloth. These flowers are very spotty և random. Leave background color gaps between the leaves. Add the green leaves. Do not try to achieve perfection here, keep it very abstract.

Step 3. The first layer of resin

Now place the cloth in a cardboard box so that there is a plate inside the fabric. Then hold the edges of the cloth high with a plastic cup. And make sure the box lid is still closed.

Then mix Envirotex Light High Gloss Resin in a mixing glass. Read the instructions carefully և make sure you mix correctly in two steps. After mixing in 2 separate cups with 2 different sticks at the allotted time, pour the resin on the cloth and level it so that it sticks with a stick.

Carefully close the box և let it dry for at least 24-48 hours.

Step 4. Next flower layer

Now add one layer of flowers, leaves, petals, spots, dots and lines on the resin.

The texture of the glossy surface of the canvas differs slightly from the outline, so it stays thin in some places and thick in others. When the small flowers and patterns are satisfied, allow the paint to dry completely.

Step 5. Layer of Golden Lord

Now add eighteen small pieces of gilding to the canvas. Let the glue dry completely, let it be transparent but still very sticky.

Then place the gold foil (or in this case the different types of plates) directly on the sticky parts of the image.

Then take the leaf gold, stick it where it stuck, somewhere.

When the gold container is in the right place, remove the excess plates with a stiff brush. I always go out for this piece, and in the end I find myself on the sidewalk with gold sequins.

Step 6. The last layer of resin

Now bring the photo back to the elevator in a cardboard box and mix it with another glossy resin. Again, the resin can be mixed well, otherwise it will not harden.

Then cast the shiny resin on the picture. It will magically add a bright glow, but it is very similar to painted gold.

Close the box. This is possible because it prevents debris, animal hair, flies and other items from freezing.

Open the balloons for twenty minutes; let them loose with a heat gun, blow lightly with a small flashlight or straw. Then let the resin harden for at least 2 days.

Close your cloth and enjoy. I like the way it looks like water with small fish fields swimming around coral reefs. I like that this is my creation, it will not be in someone else's house.
