Step 1. Paint.
Begin pulling the lower half of the shield. I followed the arrow lines, so it was very easy. If you have a solid round tire, simply use masking tape to cover the straight line. Then paint the bottom half.
I choose the attractive turquoise that comes... but choose your favorite color.
Step 2. Dry.
Now let the paint dry completely. Use this time to wash the brush.
Step 3. Hot glue.
Now heat a hot glue gun with a hot-glue galvanized rod marker on the wooden strip frame.
Step 4. Connect the spring.
Now use Buffalo Check Tape to tie a fancy bow. Then glued warm on a wooden mat.
