How to Heat Foil a Harry Potter Card!
How to heat a sheet of foil on a Harry Potter card!
A chocolate a day keeps the dementors away! Professor Remus Lupine must be one of my favorite characters in the Harry Potter saga. "Eat, you'll feel better." This is my all-time favorite quote from Harry Potter.
I created this fun card to be the perfect chocolate topping! Make a wonderful gift for a friend or hang the print in the kitchen as a perfect reminder of what's important.
Stay tuned for a GIVE at the bottom of the post!
Playing cards is a lot of fun. It does require some specialized tools, but it's worth it for the fun things you can create and decorate!
I designed this photo on my iPad and would love to share it with you... but I'm on time. So if you'd like the high resolution image, email me at maildoodlecraft@gmail.com with the subject "DEMENTORS" and I'll send it to you.

Step 1: Print!
Start by laser printing your design on 32lb paper. Laser toner is perfect for many crafts and is well worth the investment. Or take the image to a copy shop and print a page.
Step 2: Noodles!
Now this piece is not well illustrated, but it's easy. Take a simple sheet of paper and fold it in half. Open it and place the laser printed image on the crease side. Next, place a piece of foil on top of the laser printed image with the shiny side of the foil facing up.
Then fold the paper and run it through the heated laminator. One pass is enough for a perfect glossy sheet transfer.
Step 3: Discover the noodles!
Then open the paper and peel off the laser printed skin image to reveal the skin glow in the ink!
Step 4: Make cards!
Now use a blade around the edge of the paper to make it a bit rough. Then glue the figure on a piece of cardboard.
Cut the edges of the cardboard and glue it to a sheet of pattern paper.
Then paste the assembled image on a folded card. She is ready to sign in and tie a chocolate gift for a friend.
I'm actually Lupin!
Who is your favorite Harry Potter character?
This lovely postcard is also a wonderful decoration, hanging it on the refrigerator as a reminder of important things. Don't let the dementors kiss your last destiny.
