And last year she wore such a dress in 2013. Her hair is longer, so it's easy to make it a little more special. It's a fun tradition ... I think my 17 year old daughter will let me do it this year ...

Let’s start with the Cindy Lu Who’s Hair tutorial.

Start by splitting your hair into a half-up / half-down style. Leave a few hairs aside and then return to the weaver.

Now cut the hair in half.

Then tie the paper cup to the open hair. Short Tumblr is perfect for little girls's hair ... but if you have long hair, try a bigger or longer Tumblr.

You can use a polystyrene cone for sharp edges. There are many more fun options when learning the basics.

Then flatten the hair around the cup so that it is completely covered. If the hair is not thick enough to cover the cup, comb the hair lightly to add texture and saturation.

Secure the hair with a rubber band around the cup.

Now for the fun part. Cover the rest of the hair you have braided, then fasten around the base of the cup. Add curls, ribbons, ribbons, headbands or a holiday theme - something fun!
