Cricut Joy: Rolled Paper Flowers on Easter Eggs
Cricut Joy: Paper flowers on Easter eggs
Have you already used Cricut Joy ? It is small, easy to use, but has the power of a large cutting machine. Read this article on how to get started with Cricut Joy.
I’ve filled my days with embroidery this week. Instead of running to the store, I use homemade products. It’s so easy to make an Easter flower wrapped in paper, and you’ll probably have everything you need to do it!
Cricut sent me Cricut Joy as part of a blogging team. All thoughts and ideas are mine. Membership links in the article.
You may have seen this project on Instagram Stories last week as well.
Cricut Joy is charming ! Small in size and affordable, easy to maintain and like a budget. This fun project uses my home materials and only takes a few minutes!
Materials needed for paper flowers wrapped in Easter eggs:
- Screaming joy
- Colored paper (use workbook pages, junk mail, or even magazine pages ... or you can paint plain white paper with felt-tip pens)
- Adhesives / firearms
- Easter eggs (these are home-made eggs, but will also serve as plastic or hard-boiled eggs)
Search "Cricut Design Space" for photos of "wrapped flowers" and "leaves" that I use.
Connect Cricut Joy to your device via software and Bluetooth. Change the images for the Cricut Joy game carpet and click on the device to cut it.
Then fold the flowers from the outer edge and stick the hot glue in the middle.
Continue to turn the coil.
Then add hot glue to the center circle and press the flower wrapped in the middle.
Repeat the procedure for other colors.
Then cut some green leaves.
Use a hot glue gun to stick the flowers to the eggs. Add random leaves here and there.
Write the names on them and use them as an Easter blanket ... or draw eyelashes to make them look dreamy ... or just decorate your Easter and spring dress!
Eggs made with homemade stuff are super trendy in minutes!
That's all!
