Colored pencils work best. When I was in high school, I was invited to an advanced art class, but I needed some supplies. High quality crayons were on the list. In times when there was no Internet, it was much more difficult and expensive to buy these faucets.

My mom was having financial difficulties, but she gave me a pack of 24. Each of them costs more than a dollar. But those were the biggest crayons... and I learned to love work, not art. Hahaha, I'm a craftsman, but I don't consider myself an artist.

Step 1: Pencil

Start by looking for a lathe-sized container. No more than 8 inches in diameter and no more than 12 inches in height. I found this cleansing vinegar at the dollar store and the pot was perfect. I cleaned the bathroom and the toilet... then the bowl of crayons started working.

Use a utility knife to cut off the top of the dish.

Wrap the colored pencils tightly in the container. Place 216 colored pencils in the container.

Then use some transparent packing tape and wrap around the container and the tips of the colored pencils.

Step 2: Mix the resin

In a two-step process, mix 8 oz of EasyCast Resin according to package directions. It is very important to mix the resin properly, otherwise it will not harden properly. Mix 1 part resin and 1 part hardener, stir for a full 2 minutes, scrape the sticks and sides of the cup. Then pour the resin into the second cup and use the second stick to stir the resin for 1 full minute.

Step 3: Throw Resin

Then fill the crayons with resin. He will go in and out of bars. To make it easier to fill in, we drew everything with a colored pencil, and then glued it inside out.

Then I put a piece of wood and a rock on top to keep the colored pencils from floating. Now just let the resin dry and harden for a few days.

Once the resin has hardened, use a utility knife to cut open and remove the plastic container.

Step 4: Replace the lathe

The resin block is now ready for the lathe. In our case, we screwed it to the mounting part. But we finally removed the piece of wood and cut the back so that it was even.

Then take the block to turn on the lathe. Use the Led cutting tool to cut and shape the vase. Work slowly and remove small pieces at a time.

It's a long process, but it's best not to rush. When you're working on a pencil lift, it's a cut.

Taking shape in a vase! We decided to dig deeper to reveal a second layer of colored pencil on the side.

Add the desired decorative lines and curved shapes. It is a pleasure to wait in vases to show all the low colored pencils.

When we were completely satisfied, we cut off the bottom edge of the vase with a saw.

Other than that, it just looks really good!

Now Dani is all engraved and amazing!

Start by placing the vase on the spinning cup. Cup rotators save lives by constantly rotating the cup to prevent resin from dripping.

Then mix the Gloss Resin in two steps according to package instructions. Make sure you wear disposable gloves for this part.

Then turn on the goblet and slowly pour the shiny resin into the jar. Use your fingers to spread the resin over the vase.

Apply a good thick coat of resin to a full bottle and leave the roller on overnight.

Repeat the gloss resin application process if necessary. Then paint the inside of the vase. This is done by turning the vase in your hand for an hour... then leaving it overnight. Some resin will be poured into the base, but this is normal.
