Victorian Ghost Children Halloween Photograph Editing Tutorial
Victorian Ghost Halloween Photo Editor Tutorial
There is nothing more terrifying than the depressed Victorian children in the form of ghostly spirits. This is a fun way to capture ghosts on camera. This is an amazing series of photos, one of my favorite projects I do with my kids.
The best umbrellas and killer pocket watches ... these guys know how to look awesome in a quiet environment. This funny post has been updated since 2012 post I won the photo editing contest with this post, I won our first iPad 7
Looking at these photos, you can almost hear the screams of children echoing through the jungle. I remember their sad faces a long time ago.
These photos are really gorgeous with their monotony - the perfect Halloween decoration.
Tools for this shot.
Camera:
Tripod:
Victorian-era children
Victorian accessories
Computer / notebook for editing
Image editing software (Photoshop, PixLR, etc.)
We first took 376 pictures. Let's go back I explained to my kids what I wanted to do ... 10 year olds, 8 year olds - 4 year olds were all there ... what a shock. I have the best children.
The first step. Men's clothing:
Children wear "antique" clothing. The easier it is, the better.
The boys have the butterflies I pasted on this photo set with straps attached to their shirts. The boys wear vests, which is their standard church attire. Can you believe I have this dress in my daughter's closet for my daughter? Just a simple school uniform և dark gray tights.
Next we find some accessories. Old keys, vintage pocket watches, lace umbrellas.
Then I walk around us wearing yoga t-shirts and pants. I explore the beautiful landscape ... that little tomb a mile away In front of us. (Yes we are walking, my kids are great ... և We are a family with 1 car)
After selecting the location, place the camera on a tripod and avoid bumping it. Put the kids in the picture - draw one or two pictures.
Then, place the camera in the correct position on the tripod and ask the children to stand in front of the camera to get out of the picture. Take pictures only as a background.
Halloween photo sets are the best.
The great thing about this photo shoot is that not all my kids have to laugh at the same time. I just told them to look a little sad. We have some great pictures.
Step 3. Edit the photo
Give your kids gifts and movies now. You have it!
Okay, in general, I'm a Photoshop girl. I use it from high school ... I think that's when the cavemen first discovered Photoshop for computers. For the purpose. I decided to try pixlr , I liked it. It's free ... there are many super bonuses. And navigation is basically the same as Photoshop, so it didn't take me long to figure it out. So, if you always want a great photo editor, give it a try.
:
The upload process is simple - you can view two images side by side.
This will bring up the OPACITY bar. This is a fun part. Use the slider to make people look like ghosts. Each picture is different. In some I have increased opacity by 60%, in others only 73% ...
So you want to see the layers to make sure they line up as best as possible. It's not always super perfect, but it does have a double vintage feel.
Then delete the image ... You can create a sepia tone or an old photo effect.
Repeat this every time you have a photo. We've changed a lot of images. We can print them in 1 hour from Walmart, make postcards for family and friends, and paint the entrance walls.
It helps if you have some decorated frames ... a little scary. I like the way they add fear to our Halloween decorations.
These photos were taken in 2012 as a happy memory from time to time, now 9 years I love seeing my awesome little ones because the memories of their childhood haunt us all year long in North Carolina.
Finding a family tombstone and taking a picture there will be a fun family history lesson. It would be really great if your last name was in the tombstone.
That's great, isn't it? These guys are hardcore, they walk miles, they wear weird costumes, they let me take pictures of many of them just for this fun photoshoot.
I really have the best children. And really, I really want to change that attitude, to bring it out. Maybe I'll find a scary alley or an empty house. What do you think?
For example, share PIN 8. Or ... save it for later.
Check out this awesome video editor! This is my son when he was about 5, looking after my husband.
