Reclaimed Wood Lamp with Geometric Himmeli Shade!

Reclaimed Wood Lamp with Geometric Himmeli Shade! Upcycled and reclaimed projects are my favorite! This awesome lamp was made with an old piece of a pallet, a lighting kit and straws. Yes, this lamp with geometric himmeli shade cost nearly nothing to make and it makes such a statement!

The wooden lamp returns to the geometric Hemmel shade.

Enhanced and Restored projects are my favorites. This wonderful lamp is made of old straw mats, which is a set of lamps և straw. Yes, that sounds pretty crap to me, BT seems not to me either.

This amazing lighting guide has been updated since it was first published in 2014. This light caught my eye. I won the grand prize in the guide competition , traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for a special event, and won several home depot picks. With my inspiration, many have sent me pictures of their flashlights. That's why I do it.

I separated a straw mat... There were large blocks of wood between the layers. It was rubbish, marked "later burn". We had a fire last weekend, and I found one of the blocks.

Suddenly my mind turned into a rusty tree lamp... I saved him from the trap.

Restoration of materials for wooden lamps under Geometric Himmel

  • 4x4" wooden block
  • digging և 3/8 ቁ ቢ digging
  • Glass lamp և / or string assembly
  • straw coffee mix
  • wire (I used flower wire)
  • more / scissors
  • golden spray (optional)
  • Wax or paint (optional)
Materials for the restoration of wooden lamps in the geometric shade Himmel 4

Step 1 - Drill a hole

Start digging a hole in the middle of the tree, but not all the way! Then drill a hole in the back until you meet the hole in the middle. I didn't measure or do anything...it worked.

This actually creates an L-shaped hole in the wooden plug.

Step 1 - Begin by drilling a hole in the top of the gas tree, but not all of it. Then drill a hole in the back until you meet the hole in the middle. I didn't measure or do anything...it worked. This is basically the same.

To do this, I used a chain of chains - a tube made of threads in a glass chandelier.

Step 2. Install the light box

After drilling the hole, use a small "top to bottom fan" wire. Then reconnect the power cord to the power cord and unplug it. Pull the cord carefully so that it does not slip off the power cord.

Then wrap the empty tube around the rope and screw it into the top hole of the wood saw. Perfect strict compliance. Use Plus to fully compress.

Step 3. Light wire

Now follow the instructions for connecting the power cord to the lamp. Begin by turning the bottom of the bulb into a spiral tube.

Then unplug the power cord "Press the root screws. Note the difference between the cables. One has a side cover and the other is flat. This is possible."

The third step. Install the light cables now Follow the instructions to connect the power cord to the light. Begin by turning the bottom of the bulb into a spiral tube. then close և

Then connect the wires to the socket. The silver screw accepts the attached wire and the soft wire the gold thread. (Repeat the instructions for the lamp assembly, not mine).

Then attach the screw cap to the bottom of the shaft so that it fits snugly against the shaft cap.

Then put the cap on, insert the expansion cord, press it into the plug cap.

Simply bend the wire over the fork, loosen the fork, and stir before adding.

The upper frets were marked by two cuts, to make it easier to reach the higher frets. Then the lamp is connected to the cable. And ready for makeup.

Step 4. Candle or wood stain

Now make a wooden block as per your preference. You can just paint or add a little wood stain or just wood wax.

Apply the finishing wax to the wood block with a slightly damp cloth.

no more! It looks great, but the most important thing is to make sure the lamp is working properly. Simply turn the light off and on to see if your wire is working properly.

I always pray when I shut it down... hope it all works out. Good luck, the best part - it's awesome.

Step 5, Geometric Shade Hemel Bulb

The lighting is perfect...but I thought it was a good geometric shade for the house.

I created a geometric Himalayan shade using coffee blend straws and delicate flower threads. Finnish Himmelli mobile phones are traditionally made from oatmeal. It's actually made of non-removable plastic straws...but hey!

This is an icosahedral tangent.

I started by cutting the hood in half... 3 1/2 inches. It is best to use a rotary cutter, put it on a cutting board, and then cut it at once.

Step 5 ፡ Hemmel's Geometric Stem Bulb is absolutely perfect...but the fun part was the homemade Geometric Bulb, which I thought was right. next one,
Open the cable to a length of 1 yard or 1 meter.

Then using 3 pieces of straw yarn... fold the threads to form a triangle.

Then add "2" and fold the other side to get a double diamond.

Then add 2s2... s2 scripts... և etc.

It may seem confusing, but when you get started, everything is very simple. Make triangles with straws only.

So you make a triangular force.

Thus, each straw link mainly consists of a group of 5 straws. It takes a bit of practice, but it blends naturally. There are several pairs of wires along the straw to find where you need it.

But it's also very impressive.

Whenever you need additional cables, simply twist the cable to a different length. The straw will cover any knot in the wire and look great.

Continue until the whole Icosahedron is created.

Incredibly, it would be just as much fun. Mantle, place on entryway table or use as centerpiece for wedding receptions.

Now just apply the shadow of the hymen to the light. The small bulb helps the straws fit properly without any slight frostbite. LED lights are a way because they don't even contain heat.

As you can see in the photo below, you can leave a geometric pigment on the hymen with natural hair. Looks good.

Step 6. Color

Or decide to paint. I chose shiny gold. I used spray paint to lightly touch the straw...let it dry
Repeat until everything is covered.

Use light paints, and let them dry in between so there are no spots or blisters.

This is very beautiful. Really looks like a bag attached with a drawstring.

Who would have thought it was a plastic straw?

It also looks good in lamp shade.

I just put it on the wood without setting it. You can stick it with a stapler or hot glue. Now it's ready to decorate the living room and illuminate the last table or bedroom study with a geometric glow.

See how amazing it is on the walls.

I've had this lamp for 8 years. I still love it և I use it. Run away from chores, from house to house. I am very happy about it. It is small, simple and very elegant yet clearly made of modern materials. This is definitely a show

I love him!
I was completely obsessed.

I turned off all the lights and called my kids family council to appreciate it.
Yes, that sounds pretty crap to me, BT seems not to me either.

It took 2 hours total plus drying time. I was spraying paint on my hands, so I had to buy a set of light fixtures - it wasn't much cheaper than a pizza.

you love him. Do you think you should try?

Take a picture and share it on social networks. Reminds me on doodlecraft to make me happy to see it.
