Mysterious Halloween party with folk art pattern
Celebrate Halloween with a mystical flower party featuring folksy plywood graphics ! FolkArt Paint makes it easy to combine your Halloween party with beautiful accessories. Reuse old Halloween decorations and combine your beauty with folk art.
This is a thicker photo posting than ever! I have over 50 photos to show the fun aspects of this party.
Collect the old fabric of the Halloween decorations and paint them all to match your theme! I love bulk flowers and thought it would make the perfect Halloween party. They match the decoration perfectly, all the colors match and the tombstones look real!
Let's start crafting!
Here is a video that shows the whole process of decorating the party! Every personal project is posted on my Instagram roles, so come here to see it!
Halloween Party Crafts # 1 ፡ Draw skulls in 3 ways!
These iridescent skulls have a beautiful, shiny and beautiful mermaid atmosphere. Paint it and leave it as it is or add some decorations. We are here!
How to draw an iridescent skull
Material for flashing skulls
plastic skull
FolkArt dragonfly gloss color (at least 3 types)
Paintbrush
Step 1: Paint black
Start painting the whole skull with thick black folk art. I like the exterior paint because it lasts a long time, but the multifaceted paint job works great.
Then let the black paint dry completely. Repeat the process for some skulls, remember two heads are better than one! ;)
Step 2: Make it clear!
Now it's time to let the skull dry and shine. Use Dragonfly Glaze and paint different colors on the skull in small spaces. This gives it a fun effect with small twists.
The light and color spectrum seems to be covered with a unique contrast-reflective finish ... but take a closer look. You can see purple - blue - green changes, blue - green - gold changes, red - purple - blue changes.
This method is perfect for very shiny applications!
So fix the skull as it is ... or spice it up a bit with 3 different types of decoration!
Halloween Skull # 1: Crystal Skulls
crystal skull supplies;
hot glue sticks
foam knife
mod module
Various folk art colors (purple, aqua and green)
hot glue gun
Use a razor blade to cut cold (hot) glue sticks into crystal shapes. More instructions in this post if you will.
Then draw some more crystals by mixing a little Mod Podge with a little paint. It dries especially with a little paint ... Suitable for crystal skulls.
Use a hot glue gun to attach the crystals to the skull. He is an embarrassment and beautiful!
Halloween Skull # 2: Harvard Skull
Silk flowers are cheap and readily available - they may be around the corner! They tend to look cheap and need finishing touches for party decorations.
Step 1: Sprinkle the silkworm
Start by carefully separating the silk flowers in layers. Remember how they fit together so you can reverse the process to paint.
Place the flowers in a disposable or washable area and start with broad, messy stripes to draw your color scheme on the side.
Second step draw!
** It's messy!
The paint flows through the flowers and paints both sides at the same time. This is a great way to earn income that goes along with your jewelry.
Do not be too expensive to paint, just put some paint on and go on.
Repeat the drawing for all layers of silk. Then let it dry completely. The color strengthens the silk scarves a bit and makes it better for the end product.
Step 3: Collect!
Once the flowers are dry, put them back together with the stem, basket and lid. Do you see how good it looks? They are related to the theme of the party and have a smart or haunting atmosphere!
Step 4: Decorate!
Finally, apply a small amount of hot glue to attach the flower to the painted skull. This is a fun way to create a sugar skull effect!
Likewise, this skull is ready for the party!
Halloween Skull # 3: Mass Flower
I think besides pizza and dark chocolate, my two favorite things in the world are loose flowers. Drawing is so much fun! They need no dexterity and they look great!
Simply choose the colors to match your jewelry and your party and match the color on the skull with a round brush.
To draw damaged flowers:
Step 1 ለመቀ Paint Choose a darker shade and use a round brush to draw the C-shaped petals in a circle ... Looks like a rose.
Step 2 ለመቀ Choose a lighter shade and use a round brush to draw the "C" shaped leaves around the dark colored flower. Work while the black paint is still wet so the black paint can mix easily.
Step 3: Choose a green color and add a tear or leaf shape to the leaves, usually one or two strokes with a round brush.
Step 4 ፡ Add Dragonfly Glaze or Metallic FolkArt to give shine to the freshly painted flowers.
I love how they have a sugar skull vibe!
