Hand Painted Floral Ceramic Mugs with Plaid Dishwasher Safe Mod Podge

Flower painted ceramic mugs using acrylic paint and dishwasher safe mod podge

Floral ceramic mug, hand painted, DIY

These beautiful ceramic cups are painted in the style of folk art. Empty flowers of acrylic paint - a fun spring product to decorate several cups, glasses or water bottles. These flowers are easy to paint, pretty serious, easy enough for beginners! Piles of paint, curls layered in circles, lines and wrinkles!

I love bright colors! What is your favorite cup? I love this bright yellow!

Required equipment:

Ceramic cup

Mod. Podge safe for dishwasher

This 13 ounce cup is perfect. The color of the perfect canvas, and the size is perfect for hot chocolate ... or even for a pen and pencil!

Here is a short video tutorial on coloring cups:

Look closely at the glasses in this photo, they are so messy and so simple ... and amazing! Don’t they look great?

A light coat of paint will make the cup look, adding size and color. Once the first coat is dry, adding another coat of paint is great for extra detail.

Adding leaves, dots, hearts and x symbols creates a beautiful filling.

Cover the cup with a lush floral pattern , cover the Safe Mod Podge cup in the dishwasher. Allow to dry completely and cover again.

A great way to celebrate spring! I like fake bouquets because I am allergic to real things. I like to draw flowers to everything.
