Craft Foam Bookmarks made with Cricut Maker Knife Blade
Foam clips made with the Cricut Maker Knife
Cricut Maker is incredibly versatile and has tons of responsive tools to make any project easier! Cricut's adaptive tool system and 10x the power is the secret behind the Amazing Maker's blades, spinning blades and spiked wheels.
I fell in love with knives and their many uses. The knife can cut leather, linden, balsam, chipboard, matte cardboard, artificial leather and foam rubber. These foam products clean very quickly and are ideal for the first attempt at cleaning with a cleaning knife .
If you've never used a knife before, start by loading the knife into Maker and calibrating it in Cricut Design Space.
Necessary materials for felt-tip pens:
- The Cricut Maker is unlike any other cutting machine. It is strong, has the highest cutting capacity and is versatile!
- Knife blade (suitable for cutting 2.4mm thick material)
- Styrofoam products
- metallic vinyl
- Subject
- Artist's ribbon
- Cricut design space (simply draw a 1.5x5 inch rectangle with a small circle in the center at the top and find a vinyl pattern to design)
Step 1: Glue the Styrofoam
Glue homemade foam rubber to the floor. Slide the white sprocket to the right side of the crankshaft.
Step 2: Cricut Maker Settings
Set the combine to cut foam and press the start button. Inspect the blades after cutting them to make sure they are completely cut. my If you need to disable more, just click "Go" again.
Then remove the mattress from the machine and the foam from the mattress. Remove excess foam for this magical bookmark.
Step 3: Thin Knife
Insert a thin knife into the machine and cut out a metal shape from the vinyl.
Make sure you only nail it to the pallets on the back and both sides, not the front.
Step 4: Bring Your Vinyl
Then use carbon paper to stick the sticker on the foam bookmark. Trim the edges of the vinyl to fit the foam tongue.
I love the contrast of copper and black...but use any color!
They are bright and perfect.
Step 5: Brushes
Add a loop of thread, brush or ribbon to your bookmarks for the perfect finish.
